At The Real Thing, our products are consumer safety testing kits designed for household food testing and awareness purposes.

Due to the sensitive nature of testing chemicals and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns once a product has been delivered.

Please read the product details carefully before placing your order.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer replacements only in the following situations:

Product received in damaged condition
Leakage or broken testing components
Missing items inside the package
Wrong product received

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear images/videos of the package and product
Order number or proof of purchase
Description of the issue

Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement if eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or replacements:

Opened or used testing kits
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Products purchased during special sale or clearance offers (unless damaged during transit)

Because these kits involve testing reagents and chemicals, returned products cannot be safely reused or resold.

Shipping Damage

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds for delivered orders.
