Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you not offer returns?
The Real Thing test kits are sensitive consumer safety products that come in direct contact with testing chemicals and food samples.
Because of this, we cannot resell or reuse returned kits once they leave our facility. Even a partially opened or improperly stored kit can compromise safety, accuracy, and hygiene.
Our mission is to help families test food safely and reliably. Accepting returns on chemical-based testing kits would go against that responsibility.
We genuinely request customers to order carefully and read the product details properly before purchasing.
Do you offer replacements?
Yes.
If your order arrives:
-
damaged,
-
leaking,
-
broken,

or incomplete,
we will provide a replacement.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
-
clear images/videos of the package,

and your order details.
This helps us verify transit damage quickly and improve packaging quality for future customers.

sample quantity,

testing frequency,

Why did you create The Real Thing?
For years, we spoke about harmful adulteration through awareness content online.
But awareness alone does not protect families.
People needed a practical way to check what enters their homes every day.
The Real Thing was created to turn awareness into action.
